The1XV are at home on Saturday, when we’ll welcome Edinburgh Accies back to the club – kick off at 3pm. It’s a pretty special day for one of our most experienced players….Bruce Colvine is due to don his Melrose strip for his 250th game for the club! That’s a pretty impressive run! HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to BC!

There will be lots of family fun going on at the Greenyards on Saturday, as well as the Ex-Players & Supporters sold out lunch, we’re celebrating Halloween (a bit late) with the Hornet’s welcoming the teams onto the pitch with a ‘Guard of Horror’- all youth players are invited to come along in their scariest outfit – there will be a prize for best fancy dress, there is also a scavenger hunt & sideshow games from Noon Entertainment. The Tuck Shop will be open, you can toast your own S’mores (with parental supervision!) For the ‘grown ups’ there is a bucking bronco in the 1877 after the match, along with live music! So, dig out your Cowboy Hats, Lumberjack Shirts or ‘Canadian Tuxedo’ and come join us on our Canadian Flavoured day!!
